Intuition - Embracing the challenge

In life, we are destined to meet with challenges and roadblocks. Sometimes the inevitability of these events stops us dead in our tracks and virtually "wakes" us up to our surroundings and the atmosphere to which we have created for ourselves. Other times, these circumstances and situations are part of the Universe's way of saying, "Look, listen, and learn." As an awakened and intuitive being I've discovered there are both internal and external events in and out of our control. What do I mean by that?

Practicing Positivity

When people experience a typical and less than desirable circumstances in their lives, there is sometimes a tendency to become habitually pessimistic. Pessimism can and will lead to even more negative outcomes. But know this: All that is required to change your habit is practicing positive thinking. When you practice positivity, you affect your overall wellbeing and actually shift gears that will ultimately shift behavior.

Learning to be more thankful

Do you spend money on luxury items like Smartphones, gaming systems, the Internet, cable or satellite television, and going out to restaurants? When you cannot download the latest application fast enough, or the newest gaming system you want is out of stock, or your Internet provider goes down for a few minutes, or your cable TV (with over 300 channels) does not have "anything" you want to watch, or the restaurant did not get your food out fast enough to you, do you get annoyed or anxious? If this is you, this article is especially for you.

What could have been

With the holidays right around the corner, many of you will become more nostalgic. You will start reflecting on your younger days, your childhood memories and about the people whom you have loved and have lost. It is also a time when you may begin wondering about the road that still lies ahead of you.

Finding Happiness Again

Are you in a slump? Sometimes life gets overwhelming and no matter what you do, you just can't seem to find your happiness. It is my firm belief that you never truly "lose" your happiness. I believe that you may be focusing your thoughts entirely too much on things that do not serve your purposes. Canadian Author, L.M. Montgomery once said, "It's been my experience that you can nearly always enjoy things if you make up your mind firmly that you will." I agree with Ms. Montgomery.
